- Alloc8tor has been customised specifically by anaesthetists to meet the busy, fast paced, rapidly changing demand in Surreys private hospitals.
- Lists are posted by surgeon’s secretaries for work across the county.
- Groups of selected preferred anaesthetists can be invited first by the secretaries before pushing invites to the wider pool of anaesthetists if necessary.
- Filters ensure anaesthetists only see work relevant to them as defined by the skill sets they have and the hospitals they have admitting rights at.
- Anaesthetists view the list information and select the lists they want to do.
- Emails, SMS and In-App notifications are automatically sent to all the relevant parties.
- Timely reminders are sent to anaesthetists so no list is left forgotten.
